01 / Programs

Three training streams. One goal — teams that can apply AI in real work.

Each stream is modular and built for a specific audience and outcome. Topics below are representative — every engagement is tailored to your team, your industry, and what you're actually trying to drive.

Stream 01

Foundational AI Literacy

Technical & Non-Technical

Build a clear mental model of what modern AI is, what it can do today, and where it quietly fails. The starting point for almost every team.

  • Capability mapping — where AI excels, fails, and shouldn't be used
  • Prompting that moves real business outcomes
  • Privacy, data risk, and responsible use in enterprise contexts
  • Building your personal AI toolkit at work
Stream 02

AI Adoption Strategy

Senior Leaders & Managers

A leader's view of AI adoption — how to spot real opportunities, avoid expensive experiments, and lead teams through the change with clarity. Built for decision-makers, not implementers.

  • Building an AI-ready organization, function by function
  • Opportunity mapping — where AI actually pays off
  • Governance, policy, and responsible-use frameworks
  • Measuring AI ROI without fooling yourself
Stream 03

AI Agents & Agentic Systems

Technical & Non-Technical

Beyond chatbots — what agents actually are, how they fit into real business processes, and how to design them with the oversight your organization will demand. The next frontier, made concrete.

  • Understanding AI agents and their capabilities
  • Designing agents around real business processes
  • Components of agentic systems: models, tools, and memory
  • Guardrails, permissions, and safe agent behavior
02 / Engagement

Built around your team's reality.

Format, schedule, and session type are all configurable. The combinations below cover most corporate L&D needs — anything else is a conversation.

03 / About

Two decades building enterprise systems. Now teaching the next shift.

Sathish spent nearly 20 years in Enterprise IT, building complex systems across aviation, financial services, retail, and public sector engagements through tenures at Emirates Group, IBM, and Accenture.

His training programs are built from that practitioner's perspective — not from a course syllabus. The methods, examples, and frameworks come from real projects, real failures, and real adoption challenges inside large organizations.

His approach to training:

  • Focused on real-world usage and adoption
  • Built from hands-on enterprise work
  • Tailored by audience — strategic clarity for leaders, technical depth for engineers, practical skills for non-technical professionals
  • Working sessions designed around participation and execution, not passive slide presentations
Credentials
  • AWS Certified Solutions Architect
  • Harvard Business School Online: Disruptive Strategy

I liked the strong emphasis on capability building: giving teams the right AI mindset and skills is far more valuable than simply upgrading everyone to paid AI tools.

The explanation of the agentic loop was a standout. The decision → action → observation cycle finally made AI agents click for me and gave a solid mental model.
